Hickory Dickory Dock

Another Agatha Christie book. I am enjoying reading these – I thought that hercules Poirot would annoy me, but he doesn’t – possibly because he doesn’t appear that much in the books, possibly because… he just doesn’t!
Poirot is shocked, simply shocked! His ultra efficient secretary has made 3 mistakes in one letter. This is absolutely impossible, so he asks what the trouble is. And it seems that her sister is managing a boarding house where some very strange goings on are happening. Poirot kindly investigates, and finds a very strange set of thefts, which of course rapidly degenerate into murder. But not to fear – Poirot gets his man! (or woman, as the non-spoiling comment may be!)
